Pablo Bandito
Bandito West Country Accent Translator and Windyrig Liason Officer
Man of TV fame (some random holiday program on ITV south), star of 2000-2002 Orange brochures (on a P7 whilst wearing sandals) and the face of Sunworld Cycling (back in the day); this is a face that has been seen in Thomas Cooks up and down the country!
A lover of fine beer ("Mmmm. Beer. Chamonix's MBC Stout wins it every time!") and a connoisseur of good rum ("...maybe a
little Westerhall rum. No sod it, any dark rum if it isn't French!
French rum
is wrong!!!"). Contrary to Bandito riding etiquette, he gets off "riding my Flow with a 6.0m, much better than flopping around in the
water
like a Goat boater!!!" That there be fighting talk where I come from, but he claims "I'm just speaking the truth! Well, it's alright
surfing sometimes aswell... He he!"
A veteran of living in some of the best riding spots in the world, he's ridden Bel Lechat (translated as Happy Pussy!) - 1 1/2 hours of downhill
singletrack beasting in the Chamonix valley - to finish with a nice pitcher or two of stout at the end of the day on several occasions.
If you look at the picture you can see that he is also half monkey!
